Setting up Return/Exchange/ Warranty Reasons

The Corso Returns/Exchange & Warranty Platform doesn't just make it simple for customer to request a return/exchange but also gives insights to why a customer returns/ exchanges an item. Setup your account with custom claim reasons to better understand your customers post purchase behavior.

To setup your Claim Reasons follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Corso Returns/ Exchange & Warranty Module Dashboard 
  2. On the left side of the module click on the "Settings" drop down.

     3. Then select the "Claim Reasons" Tab.  From there, select the "Return" or "Warranties" toggle to setup your predefined claim reasons.

     4. From here you'll be able to add up to 5 claim reasons. Every claim reason allows you to add up to 5 child reasons for you to get even more insights to why a customer is requesting to return/exchange an item.  To remove a child or parent claim reason click on the trash can icon on the right side of the segment.
