Warranty Policy

Setup your product warranty policy enforcer to meet your brands needs:

To setup your Warranty Policy follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Corso Returns/ Exchange & Warranty Module Dashboard 
  2. On the left side of the module click on the "Settings" drop down.

     3. Then select the "Warranty Policy" Tab.

     4. From here you'll be able to edit how your CX team can process product Warranty Claim Requests:

Replace: Toggle this setting to "On" if you'd like your CX reps to easily send replacement orders out for defective products. If not, leave the Toggle on the "Off" switch. Store Credit: Toggle this setting to "On" if you'd like your CX reps to easily issue store credit out for defective products. If not, leave the Toggle on the "Off" switch. Repair: This feature is not yet released but will allow your CX team to easily request a customer send their item back to you to repair or inspect their issued item.

Default Warranty Period (Days): Only allow customs to file a warranty request for the time specified in this segment. If a customer purchased the item outside of the warranty window they will not be able to request a warranty claim.
