Setting up your Brands Theme Settings
The Corso Returns/Exchange & Warranty Platform doesn't just make it simple for customer to request a return/exchange but also gives insights to why a customer returns/ exchanges an item. Setup your account with custom claim reasons to better understand your customers post purchase behavior.
To setup your Claim Reasons follow the steps below:
- Go to your Corso Returns/ Exchange & Warranty Module Dashboard
- On the left side of the module click on the "Settings" drop down.
4. There are a lot of options in this segment. Here are some of the customizations you can make to your Corso Returns/Exchange & Warranty Module.
Theme:
Text Style: Select between Normal and Italic Test styles
Corner Radius: Identify how you like to display your text box styles with rounded or crisp straight corners for your text boxes.
Background image URL: Paste the URL of the image you want displayed as the background to the customer facing portal for your customers when they place a Returns/Exchange or Warranty Request.
Apply Brand Colors From Pallet
Select the colors using a color flywheel or color code for your portal:
Accent Color: This will be the color used for any shading or accent lines through the customers post purchase journey.
Button Color: This will be the color used for all of the clickable buttons through the customers post purchase journey.
Background Color: This will be the color used for any "white space" through the customers post purchase journey.
Logo: Paste the URL of the image of the logo you want displayed on the customer facing portal for your customers when they place a Returns/Exchange or Warranty Request.
Favicon Image URL: Paste the URL of the image you want displayed as the favicon in the URL bar on the customer facing portal for your customers when they place a Returns/Exchange or Warranty Request.
Header Font: Choose from Arial, Roboto, and Calibri font for your header texts on the customer facing portal for your customers when they place a Returns/Exchange or Warranty Request.
Body Font: Choose from Arial, Roboto, and Calibri font for the body of texts on the customer facing portal for your customers when they place a Returns/Exchange or Warranty Request.
Whenever a change is made to your Theme click the "Save Theme Settings" button in this segment
